RON BOWKS (Trombone and Director) - Ron joined the group in it's early stages as a trombonist. Beginning in 2001, he became the director. Ron formerly played with the United States Marine Corps band. He has performed with and/or instructed various drum and bugle corps and marching bands throughout New York, Pennsylvania, and Canada. Ron also conducts the Kodak Concert Band, plays with the Gateswingers, and Papa Joe’s Crawfish Stew Dixieland band. He has directed several musicals in the Rochester area and is an avid tennis player.
