GLENN ESTEY - Alto Saxophone
Glenn is originally from Salt Lake City, Utah. He graduated from Utah
State in accounting. Currently he is a Real Estate Agent with Vincent
Associates Real Estate specializing in investment properties. He studied
clarinet with the principal clarinetist of the Utah Symphony for many
years. He plays all woodwind instruments (except bassoon) and is
currently clarinetist with
The
Smugtown Stompers Dixie Land Band. |

MIKE SAPIENZA - Tenor Saxophone
Mike is a recent graduate of Nazareth College with a degree in Music
Education. He currently is teaching middle school instrumental music in
East Irondequoit. Besides teaching he performs with various music
groups, including The Music Educator’s Jazz Ensemble at the
Eastman School of Music,
and his own group
Saptet. You can catch him every Wednesday night as he co-hosts the
open jazz jam session at
Daily Perks Coffeehouse. |

KEITH CUTRI - Alto Saxophone
Keith was born and raised in Upstate New
York, where he began playing saxophone at age 8. He has performed with
several musical groups, shows, and community bands over the years.
Keith plays Alto, Tenor, Soprano, and Baritone saxophones and
enjoys recording jazz in his home studio. |

GARY KUHN - Tenor Saxophone
Gary is the director and founder of the Perinton Jazz Festival held at
the Center Park Amphitheatre in Perinton. This festival takes place
annually in August. Gary is semi-retired after 35 years of practice as a
chiropractor in the Rochester area. He is currently in practice
part-time at the Brighton Chiropractic office. He is also an insurance
consultant for Upstate New York insurance companies. When Gary isn't
working or playing music, he enjoys a good round of golf. |

GEORGE HADGIS - Baritone Saxophone
George started playing reed instruments at an early age. He has
played in various concert bands and jazz ensembles in his home state of
Maine, plus 2 years with The Ohio State University Concert Band. In addition to
The Rochester Metropolitan Jazz Orchestra, he plays on occasion with
Nostalgic
Reunion and has sat in with
Prime Time Funk.
He continues to study jazz performance
at the Eastman School of Music with José Encarnación.
George works during the day as the Engineering Director of
Software and Solutions
with the Eastman Kodak Company. |
